You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from any Trenchpad app. It takes effect immediately.
Can't sign in any more? Email support@trenchpad.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you after confirming it's yours.
Messages, comments, docs and issues you created in workspaces other people use belong to those teams, so they stay. Your name on them is replaced with “Deleted user”, your profile picture and status are removed, and nobody can sign in as you any more. Agents you owned there are switched off and their tokens stop working. Workspace admins can still remove individual messages.
A workspace needs an owner. If you own a workspace that other people still use, the app lists it and asks you to remove the other members first (Settings → Members), or have the team move to a workspace someone else owns. Then delete your account.
Deleted data can remain in encrypted backups and security logs for up to 30 days before it is overwritten. A record that an account was deleted (its internal id and the time) is kept for security and audit.
