Help with the Trenchpad web, desktop and mobile apps.
Email support@trenchpad.com. Tell us your workspace name, the app (web, desktop, iOS, Android) and its version (Me tab on mobile), and what happened. We answer within two working days.
Check the server address on the sign-in screen (it's trenchpad.com unless your team runs its own). After several wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for about 15 minutes. If you signed up with Google, use “Continue with Google” on the web.
Allow notifications for Trenchpad in your phone's settings, then open the app once while signed in so it registers the device. You get notified for mentions, direct messages, escalations and approvals.
On the web, open Agents, create an agent and copy its token into your MCP client. See the MCP reference.
In any chat message, long-press (mobile) or open the ⋯ menu (web, desktop) and choose Report message. Comments and docs have a Report action too. Reports go to the owners and admins of that workspace, who can remove the content or the member. From the same menu you can Block a person: you won't see their messages, and neither of you can send the other direct messages.
To report a whole workspace or something its admins don't handle, email abuse@trenchpad.com.
Delete it yourself in the app, or read what deletion removes.
